Vertical Jump Training

Our 6 week Spring Vertical Jump Training sessions starts the week of Mar 4th!

6 week course; 2 days per week

This training is led by Kellie Smith & Jamie Atlas in collaboration with your Juggernaut directors and coaching staff. This training is directed toward improving your vertical touch - plus additional benefits spreading to every part of the game including faster reaction time, injury prevention, power and speed, confidence and more.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Coach Smith & Coach Atlas will lead 60 minutes of in-person training every  week at Juggernaut. 

DATES & TIMES

DATES: Mondays & Wednesdays (March 4th - April 17th)

*There will be no training March 18 & 20 due to Juggernaut Spring Break.

TIMES: Two separate classes offered

5:00-6:00p & 6:00-7:00p

Coach Kellie Smith

- Current Juggernaut coach for 14-Regional2 Boys

- 17 Years of Volleyball experience and conditioning (club, college, league)

- 4 Years of Bodybuilding Experience

  • 1st Place NANBF Bikini Open 2022

- 25 years experience in Sports Performance/Personal training
